11" x 10" folder containing ten promotional items for a proposed restaurant on Port of Seattle property. Clearly designed as a fund raising tool, this folder contains listings of firm officers, copies of maps and restaurant interior designs, a copy of the Port of seattle announcement of the arrangement, the contruction company's estitmates of building costs, and several sheets of statistics regarding the firm's business plan. It appears that the project never became a reality.
