All three volumes 12" x 10.25". 153, 152, 102pp. Each volume bound in blue cloth with gilt lettering. Spine tips lightly worn, tasteful bookplates, very light foxing, volume three with a lightly faded spine, else near fine condition. Volumes one and three have large folding maps at the rear, and volume two has five diagramatic plates by Paasch. With numerous brilliant monochrome and color plates by J. Spurling. Each volume was published in an edition of only 1000 copies. Volume one is signed by Lubbock and by Spurling on the half title page.
